Returns Policy

Goods may be returned returned by mail, at the customers expense, within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. Purchases can only be returned to the address below and must include a copy of the invoice sent with the goods.

Items that were on special or were especially ordered (backorder/preorder) at the time of purchase will have a credit note issued to you in the way of a gift code. For all other items, we will be happy to arrange a refund to the credit card processed on the order. Please be aware that a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged and the original postage/packing charges will be deducted from the refund/credit note unless the item received was not as described or the return is due to an error on our part.
