Returns & Replacements
Goods may be returned returned by mail, at the customers expense, within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. You can find out more at our Returns Policy page found here.

Ordering
Placing an order on our site is easy. You can navigate to find specific products through categories in the left sidebar. When you have found a product to purchase simply click "Add to Cart". You will then be redirected to your shopping cart, from here you can continue shopping or complete your order by clicking "Proceed to Checkout".
If you already have an account you can login or you can register for an account and even make a purchase as a guest. Once you have made your selection you will be asked for information regarding your purchase including your name, address and payment information. When these steps have been completed you will receive an order confirmation email and can view your order in your account on our website.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
